The ball markers are loaded into the rotating hopper by the operator.

The rotating bowl then releases the parts down the ramp to the load unload arm.  The load unload arm then picks the markers one by one with a pneumatic parts picker and releases the marker into the printing jig.

After printing the part is hot air dried with a Leister hot air dryer and then advances through the remaining stations to the unload station.

All electronic controls are accessed via a membrane touch screen panel.  Our quality is assured by pneumatics from industry leaders such as SMC, FESTO and BOSCH.  In addition to high a strength alloy machine stand, our engineering team has integrated vibration and noise reduction technology for smooth, quiet operation.
